[pjsip] a question about voice delay

Hi,

voice delay has been known as a problem in 0.7.0 (btw 0.7.0 is not
really the latest pjsip, as the latest is always the SVN version),
but this should have been improved in the SVN version.

Can you probably upgrade your source to the SVN version, and see if
it goes better?
