[pjsip] Error getting the conference signal level:

HI Benny,

The issue is cleared already, the rx_level gave me the current level of the
"incoming" microphone i had on slot one, so whenever checking its value i
was never was speaking into the microphone at the same time thats why the
value showed 0. Stupid me ;)
