[pjsip] pjsua pool usage

Hello,

I have been trying to find out why the pjsua pool (pjsua_var.pool) keeps 
growing with every call I make. I have managed to find one bug 
(attached), but it still grows with each call.

There aren't very many pieces of code that allocate using this pool, and 
only a subset of those are specific to an individual call. I am just not 
sure there is a simple fix for this in all cases.
