[pjsip] How to stop stream in PJMedia

I think you can use pjmedia_stream_pause and pjmedia_stream_start functions
in stream.c to achieve the required functionality. However, in my case, to
achieve the same thing, I used pjmedia_conf_disconnect_port, which
disconnects a particular stream(outgoing or incoming) of an RTP session.
