Thanks again!. The vptr was not clear to me initially, now I get it, its more like C++ polymorphism.

Use pjsip_parse_uri() and pjsip_uri_get_uri() to typecast the result
into pjsip_sip_uri. More info please read the PJSIP Developers Guide
