I have followed the same tutorial, and found no problem in installing
the sample.

The "Unable to install" message is very common problem in the Symbian world,
and it can happen because of many things. Usually it happens because of error
in packaging or if there is an application with different name but
with the same
UID already installed.

I suggest you to:
- check your sis file using
- check your sis file using SISXplorer
- check if you have another application with same UID, because I think
the UID used
by the pjsip example is used by many other sample applications.
