[pjsip] Extended ALSA API

No, PJSIP does not seem to see plugin devices defined in the .asoundrc
file.  The extended alsa api is required to see plugin devices.  A bluetooth
headset in BlueZ is defined as a plugin device in the ~/.asoundrc file
