[pjsip] Memory leak in Release 0.8

Hi everybody,

I don't if it is a bug in my program (which is quite the same as the 
pjsua-simple.c example) or if it is a bug in PJSIP but when doing 
multiple call and exiting the application, I have on the output hundred 
of lines (corresponding to my hundred of calls):
