[pjsip] Compiling for CE 5.0 (x86) with VS2008

i have wince_demos building with vs2008. for your linker settings, set the following ...
additional dependencies: commctrl.lib coredll.lib ws2.lib iphlpapi.lib
ignore all default libraries: no
ignore specific library: $(CENoDefaultLib)
the rest are blank ...
