Is there any way that we can disable RTCP advertising by some API
call....instead of recompiling pjsip?

Those probably was the reason (while it's too bad the server couldn't
take the call because it doesn't recognize an SDP attribute, at least
it gives useful info in the response which is commendable).

You can disable RTCP advertising in SDP by declaring this in your
