[pjsip] 408 after 30 seconds on answering a call

The 30 seconds sounds related to transaction timeout, so my guess is
the answerer puts an IP address in the Contact header of the 200/OK
response, which is not reachable by the caller (it could be that the
IP address is a loopback IP, or maybe a public IP resolved by STUN and
your router doesn't do hairpinning). Maybe you can elaborate you
config/log from here.
