[pjsip] What causes "RTCP recv() error: Connection reset by peer (WSAECONNRESET)" ?

Hi Fabio,

It seems that RTCP packet sent by PJSUA could not be delivered
properly (e.g: remote didn't open port for RTCP), and ICMP was
returned to PJSUA resulting WSAECONNRESET.

This will happen when peer doesn't support RTCP or RTCP port is unreachable.

Regards,
nanang
