[pjsip] Timeout timer event

Hi All,

I have the next scenario: 2 endpoints,  "A" cisco IP Phone, "B"  "PJSIP IP
Phone". When "A" calls "B", at "B", a Timeout timer event occurs.
Does anyone knows what is happening?
