[pjsip] "Insufficient memory" in playsine

I did some tracks and found that the PaOssStreamComponent_BufferSize( component ) "in pa_unix_oss.c line 1065" returned 69689344, and that's huge. What really happens here.
While I tried app "./pjsua --capture-dev=0 --playback-dev=0" the PaOssStreamComponent_BufferSize( component ) returns 0. 
Anyone has the same experiences here? Thanks.
