[pjsip] 2 stream in one session

Hi;

I am trying to create video stream beside audio stream.. I want to ask which
of the sample ( simplepjsua or full pjsua client) is suitable to achive it.
I need to change some low level codes like pjsua_media_channel_update ,
pjmedia_stream_create, pjmedia_session_create.. I am wondering if i am in
the right path.. or do you advice another approach to create to stream in
one session ..
