[pjsip] About: Ticket #672 Option to add custom parameters in the account Contact URI

Hi

I just wanted to add to this ticket that it would great if the Contact 
extensions also for incoming calls could be stored in "remote_contact" 
inside "pjsua_call_info". Currently the Contact header for the incoming 
call is truncated after the terminating > which makes it hard to process 
extensions after the standard URI.
