[pjsip] 2nd incoming call

Hi,

I want to enable call waiting in pjproject 0.9.0 (symbian_ua_gui example)..

1. when there is already a established call then if there is another
incoming call i can receive the call and this is ok. But if i want to hold
the first call before receiving second call the the emulator crashes.

i am using *pjsua_call_set_hold(call_id, NULL); *for holding first call.
