[pjsip] arm-apple-darwin9 build errors

Hello,

We're trying to build for arm-apple-darwin9 and make is generating the  
following errors:

../src/pjmedia/errno.c:22:5: error: token "?" is not valid in  
preprocessor expressions
../src/pjmedia/errno.c:181:5: error: token "?" is not valid in  
preprocessor expressions

The errno.c file is unmodified from the trunk.

My cross-compiling skills are a bit rusty any suggestions?
