[pjsip] Intel IPP symbian

I just got the license for Intel IPP and are in process on incorporating
them in PJSIP and symbian. I am using carbide as my IDE. Before installing
the IPP I gave that a try to build with PJMEDIA_HAS_INTEL_IPP flag on. And
strange it did compiled with only couple of error.
"_pjmedia_codec_ipp_init" and "_pjmedia_codec_ipp_denit" symbol not found. I
tried to locate them and there is no reference to those functions in the
whole project workspace and in the IDE it showing the location as not Found.


I can see the function "pjmedia_codec_ipp_init" and
"pjmedia_codec_ipp_deinit" defined in ipp_codecs file without the "_" at the
front . 

Anybody ever notice this?
