[pjsip] Intel IPP symbian

Hello Perry,

Thanks for pointing me that one.. What would be my best option as opposed to
IPP for symbian?

Before you go any further, just to note that Intel IPP is of course only 
for Intel platforms Windows, Mac, and Linux, and is not supported for 
Symbian, because Symbian does not use Intel at all...
