[pjsip] PJSIP as a web-phone

I've had a bit more of a think about this, and I don't think the java
idea is going to work. The problem is, pjsip is a C library, with
third party java bindings, rather than a first-class java
applications. That means that you won't be able to run it in browsers,
as it would be highly unlikely that sun provides a mechanism for
untrusted C code to run in remote browsers.

You could of course ask the user to install a library on their
computer, but that would probably defeat the purpose of a web app.
Maybe there is an alternative pure java sip library you could use?
