[pjsip] Python and ActiveX

Long time ago I read somewhere that you can generate ActiveX from
Python (no .NET back then), but haven't researched it again since. So
Muge forget what I said. These days we have
http://code.google.com/p/sipek2/ which should do the job for .NET.
