[pjsip] Using PJSIP without SIP server.

Hi.

Is it possible to use PJSIP without registering to sip server?

Just call to sip:IP:port?

Also is it possible to register with SIP server to make Internet calls, but
use sip:IP:port for making internal LAN calls?
