[pjsip] Crash in pjmedia_snd_stream_get_info

Don't know if it is related but I am getting intermediate crashes on 
pjaus_conf_connect()...with 1.0 rc1...
I am currently trying to dig in to see what might be going on.  What 
is strange is the call otherwise
seems to work.  I would expect something to be definitely broken 
after a access violation.
