[pjsip] how to build PJMEDIA-Codec aftering new codecs like G722 , EVRC etc?

Hi,

It's rather difficult (for me) to explain in details (what to replace
this or that). I think the first things to do in building codec
wrapper are simply knowing the codec attributes and good understanding
at using the codec implementation API. Then you can do the 'search and
replace' step. :)
