[pjsip] Calling to pjsua_wince

Hello,

Does somebody know why it's not possible to make a call from pjsua_wince (on
Window Mobile) to pjsua on PC?
I succeed to make a call form pjsua (on PC) to pjsua_wince (on mobile), but
if I try to do it from PC to mobile, I get an automatic voicemail from the
SIP server.
I thought that it's related to the presence system, so I tried to subsribe
to the presence of the mobile user using "s" in pjsua (on PC). But it
couldn't get the presence either.

I'll be glad if someone already faced this problem and can help me.
