[pjsip] Bug on pjsua_call_xfer_replaces

We also found that the inclusion of "Require=replaces" in Refer-To header
causes several other endpoints (including the very popular one) to get
confused with the call transfer, so we've removed that in the svn trunk in
http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/ticket/850
