[pjsip] SIP registration error: No suitable credential (PJSIP_ENOCREDENTIAL) [status=171101]

Hello,
I have implemented the SIP softphone using PJSIP. We are testing on
Windows XP Pro SP3
However, we are getting these messages below. We are unable to solve
this problem.
However, we think this problem only occurred after we implemented
OpenSER. However, we cannot be sure of this.
Any information that you can provide would be most helpfull,
