[pjsip] Help on PJSIP registration with siptek

Hi List,
I m new to this area.
Pls help me with following issue.

When i try to run register.py or simplecall.py i get folling error
pjsua_acc.c SIP registration failed, status=408 (Request Timeout).

How ever if use PJSIP menu to add and account it registers successfully.
