[pjsip] Do we need to forward port to make calls using PjSUA ?

Hello ,

I am trying test application http://www.pjsip.org/pjsua.htm

When I try to call test numbers it works ok, but when I try to call my
friend who is running the same program does not receive call. We are using
account at sip2sip<https://secure.dns-hosting.info/register_sip_account.phtml>
We
are able to register successfully using a config file  We are both behind
NAT and firewall. So do we require to add exception to firewall and also
forward port to router? How should we find where the problem is?
