[pjsip] BYE message through stateless proxy.

Hi,

I am implementing a Call Admission Control (CAC) scheme over pjsip and I
would like the proxy to receive BYE message. Currently, using the
pjsua_call_hangup() method, the message doesn't go through the proxy.
Rather, the UAC sends it directly to the UAS.
Is there any other method or an easy way to send BYE message through the
specified proxy?
