[pjsip] refresher INVITE destroys dialog

I performed a test with reference implementation (pjsua app) and it had
handled this situation without any problems. So it is clear that the problem
is in my code. I'm gonna try all the same with 1.4 version.

P.S. I wanted to thank you guys for such a nice library! Well done! =)
