[pjsip] Socket bind returns kErrArgument Error

*Hi All,*
**
*I am using port number 5060 to connect to SIP server.*

*When I call **create_sip_udp_sock() in*  *pjsua_transport_create() in
pjsua_core.c it gets succeeded.*

*But when I am trying to create tcp transport using
pjsip_tcp_transport_start2()
in the same function ,it fails with Error code 120006.*

*can anyone help me?*
