[pjsip] Can PJSIP register with hundreds of VoIP providers at one time?

I think so; just create the account objects and manually set the
Contact URI for them (rather than to let PJSUA-LIB builds them).

I don't think anyone has tried this, but I can't see why it can't, at
least to achieve hundred(s) of accounts. Best to just experiment it
and see how it goes, I don't suppose it'll be that hard to code. Some
compile time limits would need to be increased to accomodate that,
e.g. PJSUA_MAX_ACC (def: 4), and maybe PJSIP_MAX_TSX_COUNT (def: 1023)
too.
