[pjsip] noise in G729 codec

pjsip :downloaded from svn.
APS: version 2.43
using Nokia N73

add APS into pjsip-symbian, working in only G729 codec there are noise in
Receiving VOICE. enable/disable VAD nothing happen.

i have found http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/ticket/735
this kind of problem is already solved.

can any one tell me the reason behind it and possible solution ?
any suggestion is appreciated.
