[pjsip] Call state busy?

Hi,

I'm new to pjsip. I'm using it in a c#-sharp with sipeksdk-csharp
wrapper. So SipekSDK does not provide a state if a outcoing call busy.
For a while I changed SipekSDK from pjsip 1.03 to 1.3, this is the
pjsip version I use now.
I found that pjsip_inv_state does also not provide a state for busy.
Is there any chance to distinguish between disconnect by no answer or
disconnect by state busy?
