[pjsip] Pjsip query for symbian

Hi Ketan,

Currently, pjsip has supported all of the features but video call,
however some people have integrated third-party video component into
pjsip, so it should be possible (as long as the CPU power allows it).

Normally, people start by looking at the docs/wiki and samples :)
