[pjsip] PJSIP & iOS 4.3.3 Stalling / Hanging

We are having issues with iOS 5 b5, b6, and b7 as well with pjsip stalling.
I have not tried to debug it yet though since iOS 5 is concidered beta and not yet supported by pjsip "officially".
However, I'm thinking that this could very likely be related to iOS 4.3.3 as well as iOS 5 probably contains
the same updates as iOS 4.3.2 to 4.3.3 did.
