[pjsip] Where does PJSIP Expect opencore-amr to be?

Hi,

try to set CFLAGS and LDFLAGS when running the configure script, like
this:

CFLAGS="-I<path_to_installed_opencore>/include"
LDFLAGS="-L<path_to_installed_opencore>/lib" ./configure-iphone
