[pjsip] Ubuntu 13.10 - 64-bit sip-tools - how can i install pjsip, pjsua, pjproject from package instead of source build?

Thanks for your feedback.
I know that PJSIP has some examples for python, but those are not installed
using package python-pjsip.
If I have time in the next week I will change this.
If you need it faster than just send me a patch for
https://github.com/dennisguse/pjsip/blob/master/debian/python-pjsip.install

and

https://github.com/dennisguse/pjsip/blob/master/debian/rules

I will gladly include it.

How to build the package can be found here:

It is at the moment based on SVN r4562.
