[pjsip] Help with 3rd Party Media Transport with iOS

So I ran the same test using the OSX implementation without doing the last
step of building the alt_pjsua.

When I ran pjsua from commandline with the PJSUA_MEDIA_HAS_PJMEDIA set to 0
I still get audio playback in OSX.  I was expecting nothing....

When attempting to compile alt_pjsua i get the following error:
