Anyone implementing a port number in To: header ?

Hello,

While trying to interop between a PJSIP-powered Asterisk instance and
an Oracle SBC, I was required to include a port number in INVITE To:
header.

Currently, Asterisk doesn't include any port number in INVITE To:
header, even if remote UDP port number differs from 5060.
It doesn't prevent calls from going out.

Do you know any PJSIP-based implementation of any kind, that conform
to this requirement (that includes a port in INVITE To:  header) ?
Knowing this could help for further testing.

Best regards
